represents members across the Oswego River Basin. Working with members, business owners, organizations, local, state and federal legislators, agencies, authorities and corporations to mitigate flooding and eradicate invasive species in our waterways.

Don't let great water levels let you forget there is a flooding problem in Central New York. We will experience more floods therefore we need to keep the flooding conversation on the front plate.
